TOLEDO, Ohio, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Owens-Illinois, Inc., (NYSE: OI) announced today that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.5608 for each share of the company's $2.375 Convertible Preferred Stock, payable August 17 to holders of record August 1. The dividend is for the period from May 20, when the Convertible Preferred Stock was issued, through August 15.
