We are monitoring recent developments in Venezuela, and potential implications for the Company. At this time, we are not in a position to comment beyond our prior disclosures from the Company's 2020 Form 10‑K regarding the sale of the rights, title, and interest in the amounts due from Venezuela under the ICSID arbitral award issued in favor of OI European Group B.V. to an Ireland‑domiciled investment fund.
